GO IN tested product quality
Before a piece of furniture is added to our program, it must withstand and pass many different tests in our in-house test laboratory. So that the furniture keeps in practice what it promises visually. The basis for the extensive tests are the valid standards for professional furniture (DIN EN 16139 and DIN EN 581-2 for chairs and DIN EN 15372 for tables). Once a model has passed the procedure, it receives a seal for GO IN tested quality. You can find out more about the individual tests here.
Remain firm
To ensure that our chairs deliver what they promise, various load tests are carried out on our testing machine. On the one hand there is a high load test and on the other hand a durability test. Here, the individual components of the seating furniture, such as the armrests, seat, backrest and, if present, the footrest are tested. The load ensures that the chairs are up to the demands of the gastronomy and hotel industry and will give you pleasure for a long time.
Many tests with one goal: long-lasting products

Now it's getting hot!
To check the paint we boil a part of the furniture for about two hours and compare it with the rest of the paint. Here, we observe whether the paint comes off or whether there is any bubbling. For this test, our product development department built itself a device from an asparagus cooking pot and an insert.

A look behind the facade
We also take a look under the coating of the products. With a grid cut, we can check whether the coating still holds reliably even with individual scratches from everyday use and what the behavior of the coating is under special influences.
Stands stable
Point loads can be a danger for the stability of the furniture. That is why we use special devices to check that even such a situation has no effect on people and products.Handmade
In our in-house upholstery shop we manufacture seat and backrest upholstery by hand. So we can offer you a perfect piece of furniture - whether custom-made or directly from our range. With great attention to detail, your wishes come true.

We also give everything for tables!
A tabletop has to withstand a lot: a fallen glass of red wine, ketchup splashes or even cleaning products and much more. That's why we test the durability of our offered tabletops under real conditions to be able to offer you a robust product.

Scratch resistant
The coin test is used to check how good the coating of a wooden tabletop is. A coin is run over the plate and then checked for possible white fracture.

Dry?
After felling a tree, there is residual moisture in the processed wood. To ensure that the products are within the specified range, the moisture content is measured before inclusion in the range. For indoor use, this value should be between 8 - 10% and for outdoor use between 12 - 15%.
