Our look "Cozy Hygge"
Since it's dark and cold for much of the year in Scandinavian countries, it's all the more important to make yourself cozy indoors. From Norwegian there is the term "hygge" for this. It's about situations and places that spread such an atmosphere - and so the theme is naturally just made for restaurants that want to make guests feel at home. Hygge can therefore be translated as "well-being" and the adjective "hygge" can also be translated as "cozy" or "secure.
Coziness
It's getting chilly outside again. Guests are drawn indoors, into the cozy warmth. Probably more than ever, people are longing for comfort and coziness. The Danes have long had a concept for this: hygge.Feel-good gastronomy
On the one hand, the gastronomic venue should be professional, on the other hand, you want to make your guests as comfortable and cozy as possible. A delicate touch is required here. The seating should offer relaxation and comfort, and the lines of sight should be as attractive as possible from every seat. The overall picture should radiate calm. Warm, bright and friendly colors signal to the body that it is allowed to relax. Together with atmospheric lighting, cozy and comfortable materials and special furnishings, it will be hyggelig in your gastronomic place.
Well being
The selection of dishes on offer creates a feel-good atmosphere: e.g. dishes we know from childhood or from "grandmother's times". Memories create a sense of security. Nothing stands in the way of a modern interpretation.
